Our condo amenities include a community pool*( seasonal), free parking, free WiFi, smart TV, washer, and dryer. We supply all the sheets & towels for your stay.

East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

The cottage guest house is nestled in the woods adjacent to a tree house overlooking a tranquil pond with a calming fountain sounds. On the main property guests have access to a in ground swimming pool (seasonal) with a 60 foot lap lane and slide, schedule times with hosts.. Patrick's Creekside is free to your pooches - barking allowed, 420 friendly on your private deck, half a mile to the bike trail. Private entry to this 2nd story (2rm,2beds/queen bed & full sofa bed) 1 BR apartment with one full bathroom for a max of 4 humans and a handful of dogs. A good fit if you don’t mind who gets the sofa bed with bathroom access thru the master. Mini kitchen:Keurig, fridge, coffee, crockpot, backyard with little trail! Check out Timmy’s Treeside also.

This cute 1 bedroom apartment is located at the HEART of our lovely town. Steps away from some of the most historic places in the entire United States. Come near the weekend and you can tour our informative museums and wayside exhibits while taking in the local culture. We are a close-knit town and are happy to show out-of-towners "the way". On days we are open enjoy a $15/day credit to our cafe next door. Please enjoy your stay! We are so sorry but no pets allowed.

Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house.
