There is one large bedroom with a king bed and a day bed which converts in to two singles making it into a family room. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials including a microwave, oven, hob and fridge There is an open plan dining and lounge area with original slate flag stones in the raised dining area.

A small and cosy annexe, in the heart of Saltash. We are a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station. Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We aim to provide as luxurious an experience possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.
