It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other set up as king size but can be made into another twin on request. The modern bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and shower and there is another separate loo. The open plan modern kitchen and sitting room are complete with wood-burning stove and have views of the sea including the Bass Rock and Craigleith Island.

Enjoy the beach morning, noon and night in this family friendly holiday home on the beach. Relax at the bay window seat and enjoy views of the Bass Ross and the Glen or enjoy lots of time on the beach which is just a few steps away.
