While the white sandy beaches and emerald-green waters of the Gulf Coast alone are worth the trip, who wouldn’t want to try fishing and enjoy some of the best seafood in the country? Whether from the shore or on a charter boat, there are plenty of opportunities to catch and savor fresh seafood. Or take a river cruise on the Ochlocknee or Wakulla Rivers. You might even spot manatees or “Old Joe.” Tubing over the deep blue springs or water skiing with friends rounds out the experience. In the mood for a fancy dinner? The local Angelo’s Seafood Restaurant is right next door! Just a five-minute drive away, you’ll find Trident, the newest and freshest restaurant in the area. The Civic Brewery in nearby Sopchoppy is also popular – with great food, cold beers, and regular entertainment. With so much to explore, you’ll still find plenty of time to relax. Our home is ready for you to feel completely at ease. A Keurig coffee maker ensures a refreshing start to your day. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals. Enjoy a glass of wine on one of the two outdoor terraces. Guests also have access to a shared pool and tennis courts. Parking is always free and convenient. Our community is safe and secure. Please note the condo is located on the second floor and accessible only via stairs on both sides.

Kids can find marine life in the tidal pools while everyone can fish, swim and walk along the sandbar. Two kayaks are provided for your enjoyment. Inside the house you will have a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living space with amazing views of the bay. Sit on the porch with a glass of wine and watch the dolphins.

Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).
