We offer a very unique property, trailer for 2 and tent if needed for over 2 people. Located just outside of downtown Dover, you step into an outdoor paradise. Overnight guest have full access to the saltwater pool, fire pit and gazebo with Tiki bar. Our little place can be a weekend get away for 2 or we have an additional 6 person tent if in need extra space for the family for an additional 25.00 per person a night fee plus 30.00 setup fee. Bird watch if you are lucky you may see dolphins. bring your fishing pole or kayak. this beach is not good for swimming. Rehoboth beach is about 45 minutes away De turf Spots Complex about 15 minutes away. only 1 dog Preferably under 30 lbs but we'll make exceptions. You may also see black sand depending on what the tide is doing. cold weather discounts in place on calendar.

Centrally located, this comfortable and roomy home is only a short drive to many nearby activities. However, with the wide open spaces and fresh country air, you may not want to leave!

Warm, Cozy, Beach Cottage on the Bay

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful beach cottage. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The kids bedroom has a twin bunk bed. The walk through bedroom has a full size bed with a pull out twin bed as well as 2 queen size sofa beds. NOTE: THIS IS A BAY BEACH AND IS NOT A SWIMMING BEACH. The beach is great for taking long walks and sunning but not suitable for bathing. House has stairs and is elevated, not suitable for folks who have difficulty with stairs.

Country Guest House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on the farm. You will see horses, cows, goats, chickens & ducks. Family friendly. Animals roam the property & are safe to pet. You will hear many farm noises such as roosters crowing, cows mooing & more. This home is located in the country & a min of 5 miles from stores and shopping. Full kitchen, 1 full bathroom & 1 queen bed included. Upon request Queen Air Mattress or Twin Bed can be provided.
