This updated condo is well situated in downtown Sandpoint. It's about a 10 min walk to all of downtown storefronts and restaurants and only a 15 min walk to City Beach Park. Onsite amenities include water views, 2 pools (mid May-mid Sept use), kayak/SUP launch points, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court and BBQ area.

Residence 131 is one of only two condos in the entire Seasons complex that has direct access to the grounds from the lanai. No hollering back up to the condo to throw down the forgotten spices or corkscrew. Let the kids come and go, and keep an eye on them from the lanai without having to play escort to and from the front of the condo.
