Nestled in a hollow between Parker & Coburn Hills in historic Rockingham, VT, our property is tranquil, rural and close to numerous area attractions (~30min. to skiing at Okemo & Magic; ~45min. to Bromley & Sunapee). The House features tons of warm open space and an open layout with a hot tub overlooking the lake. Walk down the path to the private lakefront dock where you can keep your own motorized boat. Mt. Snow is about 15 minutes away, while Stratton is about 40 minutes north. Willmington and its surroundings offer tons of outdoor, shopping, and dining experiences.
