KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Updated home on stilts located just 15 min upriver from the Suwannee state park & hidden springs (The River is accessible, but it is not easily accessible because the water fluctuates so much). The back deck sits 10 ft from the riverbank. The 4-acre property boasts plenty of mature trees w/ an old railroad bridge pillar for great photos. Frequently visited by deer, owls, & turkey. Just 25 min from Live Oak shopping!

Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.
