Middle floor has a kitchen and living room with AK native art. Downstairs is a shared coin-op laundry. It is a three unit historic building and will likely hear some ambient sound from I Street. Thirteen steps in our historic home is not a good match for children under six. Friendly dog and cat are on premise.

McKenzie Place is located 5 minutes from Anchorage International Airport and 5 minutes from Downtown and 5 minutes from Midtown area. This Two Bedroom plus Loft (please read additional information for loft) is situated 1 block from the world famous Tony Knowles Coastal Trail that hugs the coastline of the Cook Inlet with beautiful views of the water, Anchorage skyline with moose and other Alaska animals that live in the area.
