We do not guarantee which unit you reserve. We are very close to downtown LA. There is a large homeless population and streets can be dirty. Off street parking is $10/night in an alley behind the building. Bright rooms and thin walls. QUIET GUESTS ONLY. Pre-approved pets welcome with additional $50 cleaning fee.
