Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

Come enjoy a stay at this stylish historic Adobe in the heart of downtown Tucson. The location is so advantageous to all of what Tucson’s downtown area has to offer: coffee shops, breakfast joints, restaurants, bars, music venues, art, etc. The unit is one half of a duplex which was built sometime around 1905. The original shotgun apartment has been beautifully revitalized with Mexican tile that accentuates its charming character and acacia wood floors that help blend the old with the new.

This adobe casita is named for its interior ceiling made of Saguaro ribs, or "latillas" which were a building material of choice before wood and metal became more readily available with the arrival of the railroads in the 1880's.
