There is a first floor master bedroom with walk in closet and attached bathroom. A billiard or pool room is next to the sunroom with an adjacent full bathroom. On the second floor you have 3 bedrooms with a full bathroom. Off the sunroom and sliding glass doors you will step into a shaded ivy garden with bird bath.
