Come stay at our small homestead in this 1974 Airstream. This cute, clean camper is set next to our paddock with ducks, chickens, a few roosters (they will crow a lot), sometimes goats/horses, and our large dogs (they will bark). We are in the county, so we have a slightly rural feel and are a short haul from downtown (13 mi.) and the airport (17 mi.). Beautiful walk to the river (1 mi.). Come and go as you please. This is NOT a luxurious, quiet retreat, but it is a safe, unique and happy one!

The camper is a 24' 2007 Itasca Navion. This cozy camper is located about 10 miles north of of downtown Durango. It's great for a family of four, but might be small for anything more. It's close to Trimble Hot Springs, which is a great place to relax after a day of fun. Also, walking distance from a cute little breakfast nook, Hermosa Grill. Right next to Hermosa Grill there is a gas station, and a liquor store. The camper is not available to move.

The van is insulated and has a warm heater for the winter months. The van is parked in our backyard with a porch for watching the sunset, an outdoor grill and fire pit. You have private access to bathroom, shower and laundry room in the main house.
