We are a 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre and QPAC, 15 minutes to the city, 20 minutes by bus or ferry to Qld University of Technology and University of Qld, 3 minutes walk to a fabulous array of restaurants. Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

Enjoying your time here will be easy with an inbuilt double-sided fireplace (visible from both the bedroom and living area), fully-screened deck, deep soaking bath and double-shower. Your outlook is always amazing with beautiful views of Moreton Bay and the property also has high-tide access so it's a great place for kayaking/paddle boarding. The cottage is one of four nestled on this tranquil five acre bushland property.

Self-contained unit a few blocks from Welsby Parade and foreshore. Recently updated with new furnishings and a nautical, beachy theme. Enjoy sunset strolls along the foreshore and watch the sun set over Pumicestone Passage with the Glasshouse Mountains in the background, or cycle the many safe bike trails. Our place is for respectful, non-partying people only.

This is a great place for couples and families (with young kids). There is a roll away single bed in the cupboard, a portacot and Ikea high chair.
