We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

A comfortable home from home in a charming riverside cottage, close to the centre of town yet secluded and quiet. Relax with a glass or dinner on the terrace whilst spotting wildlife in the river below, or in winter unwind by the cosy woodburner. Within easy walking distance of the historic centre of Leominster with its celebrated range of antique shops. Good access to public transport, or a public car park is yards away. A great base to explore the wonderful Herefordshire countryside.

A cabin in the woods, built with timber from our woodland. Within the 100's of acres of Queenswood Country Park. Woodland walks. A cozy fire for winter, a verandah for warm summer nights. Fully fitted kitchen. Comfy king size bed. Come and live with the trees and the birds. Close to the Black and White trail, food lovers Ludlow, Antique hunters Leominster and historic Hereford. National Trust houses and gardens within easy reach. It’s a 40 minute drive to the festival town of Hay on Wye.

A holiday lodge in Eardisland, Herefordshire

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of beautiful Eardisland, one of the villages on the Black and White trail. Eardisland Lodge is located on the edge of the village with gorgeous views over the countryside but only a few minutes walk from the 2 public houses, village shop and tea room. The lodge has 2 bedrooms, a shower room an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area and a spacious outdoor patio area to watch the breath taking sunsets.

Modern 1 bedroom accommodation. The apartment has a well appointed kitchen, dining area, lounge, sofa bed as well as separate bedroom with balcony and countryside/mountain views. It is purpose built above a dedicated parking space and is self-contained away from the main barn with wonderful walks on the doorstep. Within easy reach of the picturesque market towns of Leominster and Hereford, the Black Mountains, the Malvern hills and the black and white village trail.

Welsh Borders Bed And Breakfast

Our eco house is a relaxed and comfortable place to stay in the beautiful & unspoilt Welsh Borders. We have a large garden growing most of our fruit & vegetables, our own chickens and provide free cider while stocks last. Please understand that we are a traditional bed and breakfast establishment. I know that the listing states that a whole flat or house is available, it is not. Unfortunately AirB&B insist that we put this otherwise it on will only list one bedroom.

The Nest At Walnut Tree Farm

Relax and enjoy a stay on a smallholding in Herefordshire. The upper floor of a one bedroomed annex with its own shower-room. On the landing is a small area with facilities to make your own breakfast, including microwave and three quarter size fridge. Own entrance, a small patio area at front. Off road parking. Hosts live in the main house. The accommodation is on the edge of a village so no street lighting. Village shop and local pub in walking distance.

The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.

Stylish Barn Conversion, Perfect Romantic Retreat

Escape to "The Smithy", a beautifully converted 17th century Blacksmiths Barn in rural surroundings. Relax in the vaulted ceiling living room with log burner, leather sofa, pine table and chairs, super fast broadband and Sony TV. Sleep in the cosy 5ft brass bed, soak in the deep bath or rain shower in the bathroom. Cook up a storm in the modern fitted kitchen. Enjoy stargazing in the secluded garden with fire pit. Sorry, no pets or children.

Amazing location and a beautiful barn conversion

The barn has brilliant views and has been beautifully furnished. It has a fully fitted kitchen with adequate seating area and access to a deck with extensive views. The living area has 2 very comfortable settees. One thing to note is that our TV does not have an aerial but we have wifi which means you can watch tv on catch up or live.
