Cozy Guesthouse Surrounded by Nature

Convene with nature while sitting on the tranquil deck of this secluded home close to Pasadena and downtown LA. The relaxing feel continues indoors, with high beamed ceilings, warm wooden floors, and colorful rugs. Furnishings are comfy and eclectic. For the convience of our guests, a crib is offered for a nominal fee. We offer a stand alone high speed internet connection dedicated just to the guesthouse. EV charging is available for the guest. The chargers are 240 volts level chargers We have a queen bed w/ a soft down comforter, a queen size sofa bed, a flat screen TV, modern appliances, and beautiful finishing touches from my family - such as fresh flowers! :) The guest house is 100 feet away from the main house. Guests will have plenty of space, their own modern kitchen, washing/drying machine, flat screen TV, a bathroom with a shower and plenty of parking right next to the guest house. My family is very friendly - we will be living across the lot at our house. Please feel free to chat with us - we've lived in LA a long time and are always happy to offer suggestions or advice. The neighborhood consists of houses built during the '50s and '60s, mostly ranch style houses with large lots. The house sits approximately 100 feet off the main street, at the end of the golf course. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Of course, you can park your car on our long driveway! The Gold Line is 2 miles south. It goes into LA downtown Union Station. From there are different subway or metro lines which go to Culver City, Santa Monica, Universal Studios, Long Beach There are hiking trails right outside the door. All guests staying more than a week get maid service every Friday. A baby cot/crib is available for guests who have a need for it at an addional cost of $25 per stay

Blue Haven by Rosebowl

This 1-bedroom/1-bathroom house is 15-20min drive from Dodger Stadium. Built in the early 1940s, its decor is a nod to that era's timeless charm. Blackout drapes enhance the sleeping areas for a restful night's sleep. The beverage bar features ample cabinetry, an accent wall with backsplash, and unique open live edge shelves, crafted from the old avocado tree that once graced the patio. The patio has since been transformed with outdoor furniture, making it perfect for leisurely moments outdoors.

Close to the Walmart and Target stores, also small shopping centers, restaurants, City of Hope, Santa Anita Mall, Monrovia Down Town and Metro golden Line (1.6 mil).

This is a two-room independent cottage located in an upscale neighborhood of Pasadena full of century-old trees. Each room has its own access door to the bathroom. Kitchen and dining area are in the studio. It is very close to CalTech, Huntington Library and Westfield Mall. It is a few blocks away from the busy commercial street with lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Private entrance, self check in. Free street parking provided. Please note: there is another completely separate guest room with separate entrance next to this room. If you are extremely sensitive/allergic to noise, this may not be the best option for you.
