Situated overlooking the beach in the heart of Pevensey Bay, a bustling East Sussex village located within easy access of Eastbourne, Bexhill, Hastings and Brighton. The studio is well equipped with everything you could need for your stay, wifi and smart tv on 1st floor studio with wonderful Sea views. Private entrance and patio on ground floor with fully equipped kitchen area & separate shower and toilet. You also have use of the large beach garden.

This unique, romantic & luxury home is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our historical building is in the beating heart of the Old Town, once home to Duke of Wellington. Our blue plaque is proudly presented at the front of the building. Our Old Town is famous for its busy festive calendar which makes our apartment perfect as a base when attending Jack in the Green, Carnival or Bonfire night or as a relaxing base for visiting one of the many food, wine or musical events.

Cliffhanger is situated on the cliffs in the sought-after St Leonards area of Hastings and boasts exceptional sea-views from all the major rooms. 6 bedrooms - 5 ensuite and 1 children's bunk bed room - comfortably sleeps 12 - 14 while the ground-floor offers excellent reception rooms with a cosy lounge, a well-equipped kitchen / diner, and a sun deck with BBQ, dining table & hot-tub. The top bedroom is more like a private family suite and has sliding doors opening onto its own roof terrace.

More like small house as rooms are original Victorian dimensions. The lounge and kitchen (with dining table) are separate. I need you to have at least 1 decent past Airbnb review please. Not "luxury" accomodation but very clean and well-located. The toilet is not on the same floor as the bedrooms. THICK CRASH MATS provide floor sleeping for 2 in lounge. Be warned that there is only limited paid parking for a maximum of 4 hours. After 8pm is it free (including resident bays) until 9am.

There is a large screen tv with Netflix, electric heaters, a throw & hot water bottle for when it’s chilly and a ceiling fan for warm summer nights.
