Studio 17 is a separate self contained one bedroom, air-conditioned studio with private entry and off street parking. Located on our premises and just 3-5 minutes to Hastings Street by car (40 minutes if walking) and Noosa Junction dining, the studio is also located within walking distance to Noosa's Farmer's Markets, Noosa River, cafes, restaurants and Aldi for grocery shopping. Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

The Shed on Central - your mountain studio

We welcome you to our garden guest suite adjacent to Central Park, cozily situated at the back of the property; shaded by trees and hedges, with gardens and a small pond. The area is surrounded by a myriad of scenic trails, spectacular waterfalls and stunning lookouts. Enjoy the extraordinary UNESCO World Heritage-listed landscape right on our doorstep. There's one million hectares of wilderness, offering an abundance of places to explore and natural wonders to discover.
