My place is all about vibe and feeling. This is a home, what air Bnb is supposed to be. Not an investor trying to make a quick $. It’s why I fell in love with the place, and why my guests do too! A stones throw to the local buzzing Balaclava neighbourhood, where you can enjoy some classic Melbourne cafes and shops. The train station is a 3 minute walk away, and will get you to the CBD in 12 minutes. The iconic Chapel Street is also only a few blocks away, or St Kilda Beach is 5 minutes by car.

Taylor Bay House - Relax lakeside with lake views

This holiday home is a 2 storey 5 BR property with Lake Eildon frontage. The lake is accessed from the front of the property when the water level is up. Ideal for swimming, fishing, kayaking or boat mooring. The house is set on 2 acres with wildlife. This a cosy 70s style holiday house with a new kitchen, living area, bathrm, toilet and 2 bedrooms upstairs. With a more modern extension downstairs we have 3 more b/rms, another living area with pool table plus the 2nd bathrm, toilet and laundry.

Entry is private via the back gate. Backyard is a delightful setting for shared use. Extremely close to train, tram, and buses and the best parkland in Melbourne. Located in inner city, with pubs and cafes and cinema in easy walking distance, yet is surrounded by trees and close to the Merri path and Capital City Trail.

Spacious fully equipped kitchen with views to the surrounding hills, adjacent is the meals/dining area with sliding door opening onto a lovely wide veranda. There is free unlimited internet and free off-street with a circular driveway to bring the boat. Pets are welcome subject to rules, you must clean up the yard after your pets.

Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

The Cedar House

The Cedar House is located in a picturesque valley on the outskirts of Lake Eildon, approximately 150 kilometres from Melbourne, Victoria. Set on 1.3 hectares, the property has been landscaped with several varieties of Australian indigenous gum and Casurina trees, native shrubs and tree ferns, two dams and two seasonal creeks with an abundance of bird and wildlife.
