It is located on top of the mountain with spectacular views of the Gulf of Nicoya and the best place to watch sunsets when the weather allows. It is a one bedroom non luxury house that was built by one of the first Quaker settlers in the Monteverde area. It is fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine and dryer for the best comfort. We are in the cloud forest, be ready for weather changes and bugs.

Nice house with incredible views, not only to the Arenal Volcano, but also to the Tenorio and Miravalles Volcanoes and the town of La Fortuna. The design of this house is inspired on the Oxcart which were very important for the economy of the country on the 1900's. You will also find our grandpa's Oxcart next to the house, and it is very photogenic, so feel free to take a nice picture of it, with the Volcano at the back!

It is located 3 km from downtown Santa Elena (approximately a 7-minute drive), close to the main night walks, coffee tours, private reserves, cafés, and mini markets. The little is about 45 meters from the main road and approximately 15 meters from the internal parking area, just in front. It is situated within a family property, surrounded by a rural setting and other rental homes.
