Well-appointed, newly renovated, historic house just a half mile walk to downtown Athens' Classic Center.Enjoy all Athens has to offer with excellent proximity to all things UGA and downtown. This home was completely renovated and updated in 2023 with careful consideration of its original history that dates back to the 1940s. 2 bedrooms totaling 1 King and 2 Queen beds, plus an amazing kitchen, front porch, and onsite parking. Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.
