Here you will find modern day comforts mixed with finishing touches from days of old. Enjoy our eclectic sensibility and settle in for simple delights. We are 2 blocks from the famous Beckham County Courthouse seen in the movie "The Grapes of Wrath". Right across the street is “First Response Coffee House”. It is locally owned and specializes in coffee and fantastic BBQ!! Strolling through town is a stroll through history!

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids or pets).
