The Cobbler’s Cottage, one of the oldest homes in Eureka Springs, has 2 floors with a bedroom on each, both with queen size beds. One bedroom is located upstairs in a romantic loft. The bath upstairs includes a Jacuzzi for two. On the ground level there is a sitting room with a couch & other seating, cable TV/DVD, WiFi. Just beyond is a dining nook is the kitchen area with a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. The 2nd bedroom & a bath, with a shower, are located past the dining area.

The living room and master bedroom have great views of the train station. We are next to a trolley stop and a short distance from downtown shops, entertainment, hiking paths and restaurants. For about the price of a hotel room, you have a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, full kitchen, porches and a washer and dryer.

The Main house

The Main House is 4 bedrooms, 3 bath with 3 showers, 2 bedrooms on each floor ,with a lot of open space. There is a back deck with a screened in porch with views of the Ozark mountains, a gas fireplace in the family room. We are located just past the Cresent hotel on a dead end street with parking in the driveway and in front of the house. Walking distance to downtown. There is a separate Airbnb cottage on the same property called the Carriage House if you need additional space.
