It has a King Bed with walk-in robe, en-suite and breakfast bar. The air conditioned Villa is located on a 10,000m2 property situated just 800m from McCleod's Beach and 4km from the town. The Villa has its own driveway and private entrance and is separated from the primary residence by the pool area (common use space).

It has free Wifi, it has Foxtel, in two TV rooms. Wow! Huge outside entertaining areas, with a day bed, outside table, chairs and lounges. All to view the famous Exmouth sunsets. This home is one of our all-time favourites, and very popular. Walking distance to the best restaurants, and the beach, it has it all.
