How many cities are in China with more than 1.000.000 inhabitants?
A) 45
B) 78
C) 125
(You can find the answer below)
Shanghai is just one these cities, however, there are reasons why the western world has heard so much about this “little” place and why you probably plan to explore the city a bit more.
During the tour I will invite you to see a few places which exactly answer this question. On top, these are my favorite locations in terms of culture, shopping and digitalization.
Therefore, will talk about modern city planning and historical architecture here in Shanghai.
Moreover, we will talk about my favorite topics of digitalization and brand management.
If you have WeChat we can explore the chinese digital eco system and you will pay your first Coke with your phone.
We will start at people square and explore the marriage market. From there we will walk down the East Nanjing road and get to the Bund. Here we will either take the ferry to Pudong and explore the skyscrapers or have some tea in a 200 year old tea house.
Answer: C) 125 is correct
Other things to note
Please be ready to walk for some time. In total we Walk around 6km.

It's an unforgettable tour. Daniel sees Shanghai from a very different perspective and his words really inspired me a lot. Now I kinda know how a foreigner thinks of Shanghai, where I have lived for 21 years. This experience really pays off. Whether you are familiar with Shanghai or not, it is always recommended, cuz at least it's a great chance to improve English and get a nice friend.

I really appreciate Daniel's passion for this city. As a Chinese, honestly speaking, I've never thought that I would be tour guided by an expat in a Chinese city. But that said, Daniel does have a rich knowledge of Shanghai to offer. If you're looking for a customized tour of Shanghai's iconic landscape, or if you're interested in all the stories behind this fast-changing city, this is definitely your best choice.
大牛人很友善,带我们去看了市区里的小巷,也看到了外滩附近这些年的变化,推荐!

Can only recommend taking this tour! Takes 3h in total and you’ll learn about the history of Shanghai from Peoples Square all the way to Yu Garden by walking through the historic old town and along the Bund. I took the tour after living in Shanghai for two years and still learned a lot 🙂
