Co budeš dělat

You'll meet at a private boatshed on the beach at Snake Gully, Kawakawa Coast (diagonally opposite Corner of Te Papa RD/ Kawakawa Bay Coast RD intersection)- then receive a briefing and kayaking directions , helped with a lifejacket and start your expedition on a kayak, for an hours paddle, following the coastline to a secluded bay that's virtually inaccessible except by yacht or kayak. You will paddle in a small group for 2.5 km, hugging a coastline. At the bay you will arrive at a private 47ft sailboat, and be helped onto the yacht, where you will enjoy brunch in the cockpit or on the deck , whilst relaxing with likeminded expeditioners in search of beauty, and a sailboat to enjoy brunch in a beautiful secluded bay. You will learn some names and locations of the main parts of a yacht - as well as learn about composing great images, about expression and emotion in your images, to" see" how light falls, and how beautiful and crucial this is for creating an image you and others love. After brunch you will be helped from the yacht, back to your kayak, where you will enjoy your return paddle to Snake Gulley.
Other things to note
Expedition days are selected for better weather. Your helper at Snake Gulley boatshed will provide and help you with a kayak and lifejacket and give directions to you and your fellow expeditioners to hug the coastline around a few bays to the sailboat for you to relax, enjoy brunch and beauty.

I'm passionate about sailing and "going on expeditions" to ' put yourself in the way of beauty" in secluded bays- and relaxing over some food on a yacht. I'm also a photographer who has shot fashion for magazines, for brands, advertising campaigns, shoots for musicians and music videos. (My dad gave me my first camera- a Polaroid, when I was 10 a few decades ago- and I used to spend 100% of my weekly income to pay for only 2 shots on a film.)

I fell in love with sailing , and was lucky in my twenties to be on a new 72ft yacht sailing around the Hauraki Gulf-Waiheke Island, Ponui, Mototapu, Motohuie, etc, Kawau Island, Bay of Islands, and Great Barrier. I loved sailing in the Greek Islands and Turkey. My great grandfather Candido was an Expeditioner from Italy in 1882- as a founder of a colony on an island in the South Pacific.
