You will jump right in with a tour of the fitness and nutrition center, so you can feel right at home. We will then chat, so I can learn a little about you and your cooking background. During the experience we will review recipes, make a healthy drink, teach basic skills like reading labels, safety and sanitation, making home-made veggie wash, and knife chopping skills to name a few. Please let me if you have any allergies or items you do not like. Otherwise all meals are based on foods the Bible says we can eat. If you have something in particular you want to eat let me know.

Meals are based on foods from the Makers Diet (foods the Bible says we can eat) Please advise if you have a food allergy or special diet restrictions in order to plan your meal accordingly.
Nápoje
Flavored or infused water and/or tea.
Vybavení
I will have aprons, knives, cutting boards, and dishes but if you have favorites you love please feel free to bring them.

Co si vzít

Comfortable shoes
If wearing long sleaves make sure they are not longer than your wrist or that they can be rolled up.
If applicable; something to pull you hair back if you plan on being hands on
If you have a favorite apron, knife or cutting board, feel free to bring it, but it's not required.

The class is held at CrossFit Lay It Down. It is a studio type of fitness and nutrition center that specializes in semi-private classes.

Dostupnost

Storno podmínky

Chceš-li získat finanční náhradu v plné výši, zruš zážitek minimálně 7 dní před jeho plánovaným začátkem nebo do 24 hodin od jeho zakoupení.

Zásady komunikace

Komunikuj vždy přes Airbnb. Z důvodu zabezpečení platby nikdy nepřeváděj peníze ani nekomunikuj mimo webové stránky či aplikaci Airbnb.

Požadavky na hosty

Zúčastnit se může až 10 hosté/hostů ve věku 14 a více let.

Průkaz totožnosti

Budeš muset pořídit svoji selfie pro spárování s fotkou na dokladu totožnosti. Toto pomáhá potvrdit na Airbnb, kdo se zážitku skutečně účastní. Stačí to absolvovat pouze jednou.
