-Arrive, settle in, Introductions, nature mindfulness practice
-Teaching and nature meditation practices on mindfulness and somatic experiencing, how they relate to help healing challenging experiences
-Lunch – opportunities for silence, connection to the land, to practice what has been learned and/or meet with teacher individually (vegetarian lunch provided)
-Teaching and nature meditation practices how mindfulness in nature can restore healing to the body, mind and heart
-Community connection, sharing and support
-Closing, offering on-going support

*themes of cultivating stillness and blooming into life with nature meditation practice will be integrated into teachings for this event*

I am the founder of New Mindful Life- a mindfulness in nature and therapy organization. I am a licensed clinical psychologist, certified mindfulness teacher and awake in the wild facilitator. I have studied and taught mindfulness classes, courses, workshops and retreats for the 16 years. I teach mindful somatic based meditations in nature to support individuals in learning to heal their own suffering. With the support of local nature locations, local organizations and our sprinter van, I facilitate healing in nature retreat experiences to support people on their path of healing.

We will be on land that will support our nature mindfulness meditation practices. There is an outdoor seating area for practices, trails to walk, and a labyrinth. Opportunities for seated and movement meditations in nature will be offered.

Aby bylo možné potvrdit, kdo se tohoto zážitku skutečně zúčastní, budeš potřebovat fotku, která se shoduje s fotkou na tvém dokladu totožnosti.
Zúčastnit se můžou hosté ve věku 18 a více let. Celkový počet hostů je až 10.
Všichni účastníci musí nosit ochrannou roušku a dodržovat sociální distancování.

Storno podmínky
