The Folly - Cornwall

The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc & we will do the washing up. Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Fully private, the downstairs area of the house contains a cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, plenty of space for your suitcases in a generous walk-in closet and an en-suite shower bathroom. Large double doors lead to a private outdoors area. Enjoy the light-drenched open plan living and kitchen area upstairs with its high ceilings and a small balcony to let in this fresh Cornish sea air.
