The CBD is a short tram or bus ride away. In the heart of vibrant Fitzroy and Collingwood, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is on the top floor (5th) of a new and award winning building and every detail has been considered for a complete stay. Overlooking all the little cottages, homes and former factories with views all the way to the mountains. The pictures I've posted here really speak for themselves - you'll feel spoilt in this warm, comfortable home. Set on the border of Fitzroy and Collingwood, vibrant Smith Street and Brunswick Street are only metres away. I will check you in personally - 24/7 late in to the night/after midnight - AT NO EXTRA COST. You will just have to inform me and I will be there to check you in. Sometimes, an early check-in before 3pm is available too as long as the cleaners have finished and the apartment is ready.

I love the long thin strip that is Fitzroy, stretching from the top of the city toward the north shouldered on either side by Collingwood and Carlton. On a sunny day take a stroll down Brunswick or Smith Street into the city, enjoy our local architecture, street art, shops... and stop along the way for a meal, a drink, some music.... With 3 transport corridors, travel from St Kilda on the bay, to Preston and beyond is easy. The Museum, the MCG and the Rod Laver Arena, the National Gallery, Concert Hall and Theatres, our art filled laneways and fabulous eateries are all in easy reach. If you find yourself in Melbourne for work or for pleasure this spacious and comfortable self contained apartment with a queen sized bed, kitchen, full sized shower, seperate toilet and a washing machine is the perfect place to stop over TV and wifi are provided as well as linen and towels and coffee, tea, shampoo and soap There are 5 steps into the building and the 1 step once inside the apartment We can provide on street permit parking please let us know in advance if you will be needing the permit.

Outside your door are parks, art, culture, shopping, pubs, bars, restaurants. Also close to hospitals, universities, sporting and entertainment venues. Our studio is good for couples, solo and business travellers. Entry to our studio is via our garage located on a quiet, well-lit laneway; we offer a visitors parking permit.

Trains, trams and buses are between 5 & 10 minutes walking distance. 5 train stops to Jolimont Station, for MCG & Melbourne Park. A Visitor's Parking Permit is available for free, unrestricted parking on the street outside the residence.
