Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Sunnyside Studio is a detached wooden building with its own private patio and entrance. A clean and functioning space for exploring the local coastline and countryside. The sofa bed is king size, so it is suitable for one person or a couple. The studio is equipped with everything you should need to make your stay cosy and comfortable. Situated in the heart of the village and originally built in the 1950's as an artist's studio and recently renovated.

Holly cottage is located in the charming little village of Wold Newton, in the heart of the Yorkshire wolds, within a short drive from the east coast resorts. Including Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey, Whitby, also york,Malton , Beverly, Yorkshire moors, and RSPB bempton cliffs. Spend your days walking on the beach or moors and wolds, then enjoy a drink at our village pub, then back to the cottage to sit by the log burner.

Croft Cottage is situated on the edge of the quaint fishing village in Flamborough on the East Yorkshire coast. This luxury cottage in Flamborough, sleeps 5 (1 x King size bed, 1 x Double bed, 1 x Single bed). The cottage has been furnished and decorated to a high standard, with an enclosed garden, large patio area and secure garage, which is available on request to store bikes, golfing equipment and fishing tackle.

Ramsdale Lodge Studio Annexe

Hi, Ramsdale Lodge Annex is a self contained spacious studio apartment attached to the main house with its own private entrance. We are conveniently situated just a 10 minute walk to the South Bay beach, and a 10 minute walk into town. We have on street parking available outside the property with parking permits provided free of charge. Just to point out there are some quite steep steps to the front of the house.

"THE HUT" a pleasant hide away.

"The Hut" is a garden summerhouse simply decorated with a double bed to sleep 2, it has a small kitchenette to give you independence. It is situated in an enclosed well-maintained garden, with access through the main house, with a downstairs washroom, and upstairs bathroom which are shared facilities. Seating and table in the garden so you can eat alfresco and relax in the evening.
