Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)

Our cosy cottage is located in the picturesque countryside, it is fully self contained with reverse cycle air conditioning and all necessary appliances. We are children and pet friendly and have a totally enclosed backyard and patio space for dogs. We run a small hobby farm of 15 chickens, 2 miniature goats, 2 horses and a very friendly dog. We are happy to arrange a meet and greet for guests.
