This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Welcome to the FoCo Loft! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood near downtown, this is the perfect place for couples, travel nurse,friends, and single travelers alike! This studio-esq loft has 1 queen bed, a large sofa, (+ extra air mattress), a 3/4 bathroom with a seated shower, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, TV, heating/cooling, and your very own patio. We are walking distance to several of the finest Microbreweries in Colorado. The apartment has a separate, private entrance, and large 4' high windows in every room. It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.
