This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. Our humble home has 2 bedrooms & 1 bath; 1 queen size bed & 1 daybed with trundle houses 1-4 guests. A futon in the sunroom makes for 1 more small sleeping space. Kitchen is lightly equipped. Welcome to this calm, stylish 1950s mid century home nestled on the edge of the great city of Fort Worth! With a large view stretching out across the valley containing Lake Worth and the NAS Joint Reserve Base. One of the most complete sunset views available in Fort Worth. Special trips for the air shows and 4th of July fireworks over the lake. Access to most of Fort Worth within 20 minutes and loop 820 provides full access to all of the DFW area. 30 minute direct drive to/from DFW airport.

Our historic home was built in 1908 with a carriage house in the rear of the property. We have fully renovated the carriage house to be a comfortable and relaxing space. There is a hot tub under the trees that is yours to enjoy. We are close to the Cultural/Museum district, Trinity Trails, TCU, West 7th and a short walk to the cutest restaurants, bars and shopping in Fort Worth on Magnolia Ave. The carriage house would be a perfect space for solo travelers or couples.
