L'appartamento (55 Mq) si trova al terzo ed ultimo piano di un edificio storico, senza ascensore, ed è composta da una cucina abitabile, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia. Su richiesta è possibile avere un letto singolo aggiunto nella zona soggiorno/cucina.Tutti gli infissi sono ermetici, per assicurare agli ospiti pace e tranquillità durante il soggiorno, e un buon isolamento termico. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomi. Wifi, veloce ed illimitato. L'appartamento è ad esclusivo uso degli ospiti. Luca ed io lavoriamo entrambi in centro, e in caso di necessità in un attimo uno dei due puo essere d' aiuto di persona per risolvere qualsiasi problema. It is very bright, recently renovated keeping the old beams on the ceiling and some characteristic details, the parquet floor makes the apartment very warm and welcoming. The windows overlook the street where you can see the San Lorenzo Market in the distance. The ceiling on the top floor of the building offers beautiful frescoes.
