This is a non smoking beach themed country house. Set just outside of the city of Milford in the country, it's located in central Delaware , making it convenient to many places, 5 min. to DE Turf complex, 20 min. to Dover, 20-25 min. to Rehoboth and other beach destinations. Being so close to Milford there are many food and entertainment options, less than 5 minutes away. This is a very relaxing, peaceful, country house with full kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV in both bedrooms, and full coffee/ tea station.

Please note: We require guests to book the total amount of persons staying as we charge per-guest. We do not have a TV and our home is not suitable for unsupervised young children. Between Whitwell’s Delight and Bowers Beach Road, across from the old Tuthill Brothers Farm, we have a quiet space that is perfect for up to eight people to feel at home; great for couples or a tight-knit group of friends or family. We also have records, board games and puzzles to enhance the feeling of a cozy stay.

This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Bird watch if you are lucky you may see dolphins. bring your fishing pole or kayak. this beach is not good for swimming. Rehoboth beach is about 45 minutes away De turf Spots Complex about 15 minutes away. only 1 dog Preferably under 30 lbs but we'll make exceptions. The river view is outstanding from the picture window in the family room! This home is less than a mile from the turf fields and 30 minutes to the resort beaches!
