Ønsker du ro, havudsigt og et lækkert sommerhus. Velholdt sommerhus i naturskønne omgivelser med en enestående panorama udsigt over havet samt kuperet terræn, mark og skov. i kort afstands findes den hyggelige lille landsby Faldsled med lystbådehavn . Der er kort afstand til indkøbsmuligheder i både Fåborg og Horne. Fåborg med mange indkøbsmuligheder, havn med afgang til de mange sydfynske øer, ligger kun 5 km væk. Vær opmærksom på at jeg ikke bruger gift på min grund. Så ukrudt vil forekomme.

Hyggelig sommerhus tæt på Fåborg Fantastisk udsigt. Huset er ikke så stort, men har et lyst og åbent køkkenalrum. Tilhørende annekset med 4 sovepladser. Stor have som rummer mange muligheder og flere terrasser. Der er få min. gang til vandet med badebro (ikke i vinterperioden).Fine strande i området, gode indkøbsmuligheder, og spisesteder i Fåborg. Ca 30 til Svendborg. Område med ro og fred. Rengøring kan tilkøbes. El og vand afregnes med udlejer inden afrejse. Infrarød sauna til ekstra velvære

Anneks på solskinsøen Samsø

Vores anneks består af soverum med tekøkken og badeværelse med brus. Der er en dobbeltseng, spiseområde og køkken med køleskab, el-kedel, brødrister og kombiovn. (Ingen kogeplade) Der er gratis kaffe/te. Der er terrassedør ud til privat fliseterrasse med havemøbler og gasgrill. Det er muligt at have bil/ cykler parkeret på parkeringplads. SuperBrugsen ligger 100m og netto 400m. Der er biograf ca 50m herfra og flere forskellige spisesteder i nærheden. Annekset ligger op til et grønt område.

I huset er der entre, bad/toilet med sauna, soveværelse samt et stort køkken/stue med alkove. Fra stue er der adgang til dejlig stor hems. Huset har aircondition og brændeovn. Anneks indeholder værelse med dobbelt seng. Hus og anneks er forbundet af træterrasse og der er udebruser med varmt vand. Soveværelse i huset samt hems og alkove.

Nice new bathroom with floor heating, washing machine, new kitchen with dishwasher. 2 bedrooms (in each 1 double bed) and a living room where 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed (living room but not heated). TV and fast Wifi are included. Lovely enclosed garden for barbecue.
