This is a one bedroom apartment on the back of our house. The apartment fits 4 people. The apartment consists of one Bedroom (two queen size beds), private kitchen, dining and bathroom. There is no Wifi. It is within 5 mins walking distance to Dignity Health Sports Center and Cal State Dominguez Hills. The South Pavilion mail is 2 miles away. LAX 25 minutes (7mi) 20-30 minutes to downtown LA (11 mi) 30 minutes to Venice Beach (11 mi) I am a Los Angeles native so if you have any questions, feel free to ask! No pets allowed.
