Located in a beautiful former workshop building on a charming, planted private alley, this spacious and bright 65 m² one-bedroom apartment boasts high ceilings and large windows. It has been recently and carefully renovated throughout. The location is ideal—perfectly quiet yet right in the heart of the much sought-after 10th arrondissement. The Canal Saint-Martin is just a 5-minute walk away, Place de la République is 6 min, and the Marais is 15 min. Six metro lines are within a 5-minute walk.

Mon studio est très confortable. Situé en rez-de-chaussée sur cour, il est très paisible. L'entrée se fait directement par la porte vitrée d'atelier sur cour, au milieu de mes plantes. Je l'ai aménagé avec beaucoup de soin pour tirer le meilleur parti de sa petite surface. Il est parfaitement équipé en cuisine et en salle de bain. Le lit est situé en mezzanine. Son seul défaut est le manque de lumière, mais c'est aussi une qualité en été où il reste très frais quand la canicule oppresse Paris.

The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas
