Ten minutes from Cygnet with magnificent views of vineyards, the Hartzview mountains, the Huon River and walking distance to Fat Pig Farm nextdoor. Cereals, local free range eggs, bread, milk, orange juice, tea and coffee included for a DIY breakfast. I'm really sorry but one night bookings are not viable so I have a two night minimum booking.

Guests may enjoy the pebble beach and rock pools together with the private jetty for fishing. We have a secure fenced area adjacent to the chalet suitable for well-behaved pets. The Huon Burrow is a unique underground dwelling nestled into the hillside with amazing views over the Huon River within easy walking distance of cafes and restaurants at historic Franklin in the Huon Valley. The Huon Burrow has half a metre of material on the roof composed of soil, gravel and insulation on top of a waterproof barrier, then 20 tons of concrete and one ton of reinforced steel.
