The back room includes a full size kitchen with all the essentials, and a dining area that comfortably seats four people.

Quiet, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. My home is a raised ranch style, and the entire lower level is where you will stay. There are two bedrooms - one with twin beds and the other has a queen size bed. One bath. There is a private living room, kitchenette, and shared laundry. Discounts available for longer stays. No smoking and no pets. I have 2 cats, but they are kept out of the bedrooms. Our town is right on I-90 half way between Rochester and Buffalo.

Please note that it’s near train tracks, which may not suit light sleepers, there are white noise machines in both rooms to help minimize disturbances.
