The cottage has been refurbished to a high standard throughout and sleeps up to 3 comfortably. The ground floor has a large lounge with smart TV and access to a rear courtyard through a dining room. We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . It has a completely private garden so not overlooked to enjoy maximum privacy on your holiday.All our doorways, bathroom and access are suitable for wheelchairs. We have underfloor heating and all pets welcome.

Space for everyone to spread out. Outside there is a BBQ with room to eat and to sit and chat. Relax in the hot tub with a glass. Plenty of room at our massive table for Sunday lunch inside. In addition have fun on the long sandy beach (4 min walk away). Excellent for dogs too. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs and stair gates). You’ll have 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, breakfast room,sitting/dining room, garden, hot tub, own parking. Restaurants, pubs nearby.

Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

This is a well equipped self catering home suitable for families or couples. Towels and bedding will be supplied. A local Morrisons supermarket is within close walking distance. Pets are allowed with a fee of £10 per night paying cash on arrival.
