Our quaint, cosy house in Ferryden offers a wonderful holiday or short break experience for 2-4 people. The views from the house are stunning, ideally located just 15 steps from a small beach, or a short walk to the lighthouse. There's a village pub closeby, a good bus service and only a 20 -30 minute walk to Montrose where you'll find excellent restaurants and pubs, cinema, and a train station. There are so many things to do in the area including walking, fishing, photography, bird watching.

The bothy is on a working farm and sleeps up to five people. We are dog friendly and have the perfect enclosed private garden for our fluffy friends to stay safe in and a picnic bench. We are located just 25 miles south of Aberdeen and with very easy access to the A90. Children will love feeding our Shetland pony, Nicol, and we are surrounded by beautiful walks for families and dogs. We are 20 minutes from the gorgeous St Cyrus beach, ideal for coastal dog walks and adventures.

The “Wee Bothy” offers a great base to explore the North East Coast, our scenic Angus Glens, and nearby Towns and Cities with places of interest all around. Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.
