The house is located in a residential area, near to all amenities. It is around 5 minutes drive from SSR airport and 12 minutes to Blue Bay beach, Le Bouchon, La Cambuse beach and Mahebourg Waterfront. Plaisance mall and Bo Vallon Shopping malls are less than 10 minutes from the house.
