Our condo has high ceilings and plenty of room. It is an upper unit condo so please keep in mind that there are two sets of stairs. It is walking distance to several of SPI's best restaurants, Marlin Grocery Store and lots of family-friendly activities. You'll enjoy a great view of the fireworks. Our condo comes with a DESIGNATED BOAT SLIP, lighted fishing pier, swimming pool & designated parking space. Back deck has a BBQ and sunset view. Good for couples, solo adventurers and families.

Our little beach house has the ideal location. It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...).
