This beautiful bespoke-made sheperd’s hut is located one mile outside the charming market town of Chipping Norton. Chipping Norton is a hub of activity with a bustling well-stocked bookshop, cafés and restaurants. The sheperd’s hut is a quiet haven, equipped with a wood burning stove, mini oven, a power electric shower, underfloor heating, cosy armchairs and a king sized bed. The Hayloft is a very special cottage hidden away in the picturesque village of Hook Norton, just 8km from Chipping Norton. The Hayloft is an ideal bolthole in the Cotswolds sleeping up to two guests. Just a few minutes walk from a well stocked local shop and three excellent local pubs. The location is ideal to explore the stunning Cotswold countryside, as well as discovering the nearby city of Oxford which is just 40km south or a 40 minute drive.

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter.
