Comfortable King bed with a gel memory foam mattress, additional pillows and blankets for your convenience, private bathroom, microwave, small fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and teas and coffee for a quick bite. Private entrance and a small patio with seating area, which leads to the staircase to the roof where you can enjoy the view during the day and the Milky Way at night. This unit has a King size bed, two full sized dressers, an end table and large closet with washer and dryer. Enjoy the flat screen TV in the sofa recliner in the living room. The kitchen is furnished with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, a coffee maker and a small dining area. All towels and linens for bedroom, bath and kitchen are included. GVR facilities are available for a one-time fee. This is an age-restricted community. At least one resident must be 55 or older.

Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Small, secluded private guest house in quiet area of Green Valley. Sits on 4 desert acres, filled with wonderful wildlife, and a great view of the night time stars. Far enough on the outside of town for a private feeling, yet close enough to make a run if need be. Small seating area outside for morning coffee, bird watching or relaxing at the end of your day. We do live on a dirt road, but it is very well maintained.
