The Great Guernsey Trail is within walking distance of the property and is a 14 mile round trip with a paved path. Also has playground and dog park.Salt Fork state park is 20 minutes away and offers hiking, hunting, golfing, boating, fishing, swimming beach, and horseback riding.

After years + years of keeping this beautiful hideaway to himself, + not allowing anyone to even see the inside, he’s done a 180 and decided to rent it out 😮 When we asked Bigfoot why the change of heart? He replied “With all of the traveling I do + all of the miles I put in, it just makes the upkeep of a permanent residence near impossible, plus it’s time that I stop ignoring the fact the I’ve outgrown the toilet space here. A looping trimmed path leads to a bench sitting atop a large glacial rock, overlooking areas frequented by local wildlife.

Sit and enjoy the birds and deer from the screened in front porch and enjoy no neighbors in view. Clean is our thing! Cabin is best suited for 2 but we can accommodate a small family using a sofa sleeper. New central air for your comfort!

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.

Secluded Family Retreat

Explore the trails, creeks, woods & fields. Catch your dinner on the 2 1/2 acre lake. Boat, kayaks, basic fishing gear, bait and firewood are provided. Or just relax on the porch and watch the wildlife. Located just 15 minutes from Salt Fork State Park.
