My place is 100 meters from the sand at the best surfing beach in the area with great sunset views. You’ll love the apartment due to the ambiance, the outdoors space, the comfy bed, and the peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Great for couples and solo adventurers. It is located on the first floor below my bungalow. **Please note, I live directly above this studio apartment with my wife & 4-yr-old toddler. Great location 25min from LIR Airport, 2 min from the beautiful beaches of Playa Panama, 8 min to Playa Hermosa and grocery as well as daily monkey troops passing through the trees. It has a full kitchen, AC, a Queen size Murphy bed, Starlink WIFI, Hot water and secure parking space. The full gym and pool are yours to use. We often have fresh eggs to share as well as a garden where you can pick your own salad greens and herbs.

We offer 2 new, safe and cozy studios within Hacienda Pinilla, an exclusive premium gated community just 15 minutes away from the famous town of Tamarindo. Both studios have a kitchenette, open air shower and terrace. They are 5 minutes drive from 3 beautiful beaches and the JW Marriott Hotel. 2 adults and 1 child can sleep per studio (we can put a small extra bed). They can be rented separately or together. There is no pool on property but the Beach Club is 5 minutes drive away.
