Beautiful familyhouse close to the beach, Haarlem and Amsterdam. Situated in a quiet neighborhood. The City Centre of Haarlem is 10 min walk. A great city with shops, restaurants and bars. Also only 25 min by bike to Zandvoort Beach. Ground floor: cozy living where you can relax, big open kitchen with is fully equipped and open doors to the sunny garden. There are 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom with bath, separate shower. PS we have two cats. They are very gentle and are used to be around kids

Binnen 10 minuten fietsen ben je in het centrum en in slechts 35 minuten ben je op het strand. In huis wonen twee lieve, rustige katten die alleen wat voer en water nodig hebben. De keuken is eenvoudig, maar verder is het huis modern ingericht inclusief een bad. Ontspan in de zonnige tuin, waar je kunt genieten van de rust.

Het is gezellig en comfortabel, voorzien van 2 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer en 2 toiletten en een werkruimte en een zonnige achteruin met comfortabele loungeset en zonnescherm. In de buurt vind je leuke koffie bars, supermarkten en een speeltuin. Je kan je auto gratis in de straat parkeren en vanaf hier lopend, met de fiets of het openbaar vervoer overal heen. Fietsen evt los bij te huren.

Welcome to the Little Leidse House! The house is located in the city center of Haarlem! Only 1 kilometer from Haarlem Train Station and situated in the most iconic, historic part of the city center. The street is quiet and just around the corner you'll find the Boter Markt and Grote Markt with restaurants, shops, supermarket, bars and museums. Amsterdam Central Station is only 10 minutes away. The beach, nature reserve, dunes are 15 minutes away. Located very central!

Our lovely, bright and comfortable house is located in a quiet and green area, 5 minutes from Bloemendaal or Zandvoort beach, the beautiful city of Haarlem and only 20 minutes from Amsterdam. At the front and rear you will find a charming and sunny garden. We have a cat, Lulu. She stays cozy at home and is really the sweetest cat in the world. She lets herself in and out through her own cat flap. She doesn't go upstairs and is totally happy with her cat nibbles every day.

Heel fijn authentiek gezinshuis in Haarlem. Gelegen op een locatie omringd met natuur, dicht bij de stad en het strand. Op loopafstand van het bos en de duinen. Ideaal voor 5 personen met een tuintje om te genieten van de zon. Supermarkt op 200m afstand. Wel belangrijk om te weten dat je, om naar de bovenste verdieping te gaan, je door een slaapkamer heen moet. dus als je s nachts naar de badkamer moet, loop je door de slaapkamer van de anderen.
